Good to know
A few practical notes.
Heated pool, year-round, included. The pool heater holds the water at 86°F throughout your stay at no extra charge — it's built into your reservation, not an add-on. In extremely cold weather the heater may not reach maximum temperature (it works against the ambient air it's pulling from), so water temperature can't be guaranteed in a hard cold snap. Most Florida winter days, you're comfortable.
Self check-in. Smart lock with electronic keypad. A unique code is sent to you a few days before arrival. Check-in from 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM (Eastern).
Parking. Up to four vehicles in the paved driveway and adjacent gravel area. Free and on-premises.
Quiet, residential. Lovely neighborhood — please be a good neighbor. No parties or events. Quiet hours after 11:00 PM.
